For a custom Art House, we start from scratch with a personalized floor plan and a one-off original artwork theme.
I work with you to create a custom design brief and we work together to create a floor plan and home design uniquely suited to you, your site, and your lifestyle goals. For the art theme, you can either choose one from the gallery and you will be the only one allowed to use that theme, or I create an original artwork from your favorite colours. I then adapt and express this theme throughout your house plans during the design process. And for any mural work that may be required....I will personally attend the building of your home to create them.
Having a custom Art House guarantees that no-one will ever have a home like yours.
Pre-designed Art Houses are a range of compact, sustainable house plans allowing folks to have the benefit of knowing what their house will look like BEFORE they commit to the design process.
These limited edition plans can be in one of the 7 pre-designed colour palettes. These colour palettes are complimentary with the pre-designed Art Houses.
If you wish you can also select a themed artwork from the gallery and allow me to take your new home to a whole new level!

Wanting a home design that allows for individual expression with a more subtle focus. These plans tend to have larger footprints while still embracing sustainable design principles, and their colour and material palettes, while bold and fun, are not designed to a set visual arts theme.
This is where you'll find me playing with creative expression and also FUND RAISING for research into complementary therapies during cancer treatment! All gift card purchases donate $1 each to the Olivier Newton-John Cancer Wellness and Research Centre.
